Nutrition
Built meals around chicken, salmon, and tofu with Greek yogurt and whey shakes to anchor protein intake. Dropped the morning bagel in favor of warm breakfasts. Kept alcohol minimal and chose clear liquor when drinking, with a shift away from bread toward rice and whole grains.
