Noah is a strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist who has worked across the UFC, NHL, Olympic wrestling, and with everyday athletes. He's been fortunate to train UFC champions and Olympic medalists, and has also spent time in human performance research at the Mayo Clinic. He holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from Arizona State University.

Morgan is a former consultant at KPMG with over a decade of experience in weightlifting and competitive soccer and volleyball. She was recognized as the Top Female Trainer at Equinox Sports Club San Francisco in both 2023 and 2024 before joining Kalos. Morgan is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with additional experience teaching swim lessons and preparing clients for elite athletic events such as Ironman competitions and triathlons.
Thérèse Harvey
Performance analyst
Thérèse has a decade of experience in fitness coaching. She was a Tier 3 trainer for Equinox before transitioning to private coaching, where she specialized in helping clients of all ages build muscle with an emphasis on optimizing biomechanics. She was also a Head Trainer for F45, where she coached 300+ members and guided coach development in movement analysis and cue refinement. She's led classes and workshops across the city from barbell technique to pole dance and has multiple certifications including mobility and kettlebell training, pain-free strength performance and movement flow.

Working with Kalos has totally transformed my body and my attitude around my health. I started with a DEXA scan, out of curiosity, and felt urged to try their 4 week intro training sessions. I dedicated a month to really trying to change my body through programmed weight training and healthy eating. Seeing fat loss and muscle gain from just those 4 focused weeks was enough of a taste to commit to long term training and guidance. Having access to monthly scans and data, alongside a dedicated Kalos trainer (shoutout to the incredible Matteo!), has given me the confidence, as a woman, to learn how to lift heavy things and the flexibility to fit these workouts into my schedule, sustainably. Kalos makes it easy to track nutrition and workouts in their app; I can even shuffle exercises or workout days if I need to, which I love. No crazy crash diets, or unsustainable lifestyle changes, just slow and steady progress. I’m now 4 months into my journey and have increased my lean muscle by almost 5%, while maintaining steady fat loss. I’d recommend a DEXA scan with Kalos for general body awareness, but would really recommend their personal training to see how these scans can evolve and inform the changes you want to see. KALOS is awesome. I went in a few months ago for a scan and got results that were troubling. I’m a lawyer with too many hours a day to work and without enough time or knowledge to figure out how to fix the unhealthy rut I’d dug myself into. I signed up for training after seeing my results, and am 3 months in. I’ve worked with Matteo and, more recently, Morgan. They are such lovely, encouraging, and helpful individuals. All they ask for is commitment. If you’re someone whose willing to treat the exercises as non-optional, and who is able to follow the very simple and non restrictive nutrition guidelines they give you, you will see results. Kalos can’t do the work for you. But they can give you clear schedules and easy rules that are simple to integrate. They do the work of constructing your plan, you shut off your brain and just do what the program tells you to. When you sign up for the training program, you’ll receive monthly scans that provide you with real information about how your body is responding to exercise and nutrition changes month by month. It’s not cheap, and maybe that’s why it’s so easy to stay consistent: spending real money on these programs makes it pretty impossible to justify cheating yourself. As to whether the price is worth it— I think so. It keeps me consistent. Of course it helps that the team at KALOS have been nothing but curious, honest, kind, and encouraging. They also are willing to help you and answer questions on the app whenever. I’m attaching here just my changes in visceral fat— you’ll see a literal 70% reduction in 3 months. I’ve also increased my lean muscle. I feel better. I can run 45 minutes without stopping. I feel stronger. I’ve got results that support those feelings. 10/10 I’d recommend them. Also shout out to Matteo and Morgan for being so lovely.

Kalos was tabling at an event at the Ferry Building, and I signed up for a deal to get a DEXA Scan. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to reschedule when I wanted to change it closer to a bodybuilding competition I was participating in. Arriving at the location, I was a little surprised to find that it felt like a tiny office space. But I guess all you need is the machine and the table. Alex did the scan and made me feel comfortable. The scanning process took around 6 minutes, and then we sat down to look over results. I had done a DEXA scan two years before and brought in the results to compare. Alex was nice enough to look at both results and provide feedback. It was a very informative, non-pressured experience. I was able to see improvements in my bone density, visceral fat percentage, and overall fat percentage compared to my cohort based on age and ethnicity. If I do another DEXA scan, I would definitely come back.

Just finished my 1 month first experiment comparing results from before the program and after a month doing the program. The results have been already transformative. Had a great experience with Alex at this facility. This was my first scan, and going in I was expecting a sales pitch but that wasn't the case. I am an endurance runner who has slacked off lately with my fitness and needed a baseline. The results made sense, some of it was surprising and most of it wasn't. Alex was extremely knowledgeable when it came down to explaining each line item on the scan. He gave me some pointers on my diet and let me know what I need to do to improve. When it came down to offering workout plans, it was very low pressure. I said no and my wife expressed genuine interest; after that Alex just explained the plans and promised to send an email.
