Role Overview

Kalos is hiring a Performance Analyst to work directly with members using DEXA scan data and evidence-based training methods to drive measurable improvements in strength, body composition, and performance. This role is designed for individuals with experience in high-performance environments—including technology, consulting, sales, or elite athletics—who are motivated to apply analytical thinking and coaching skills in a client-facing role. Formal personal training certification is not required; intellectual rigor, athletic credibility, and member impact are.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret DEXA scan results to inform training programs
  • Coach members one-on-one, both in person and virtually, toward measurable outcomes
  • Design individualized programs in collaboration with internal subject-matter experts
  • Manage high-touch member relationships with professionalism and consistency
  • Contribute to a high-output team setting standards for health and performance coaching

Qualification

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a performance-driven environment (e.g., technology, consulting, sales, operations) or demonstrated progression into a manager-level role within the fitness industry
  • Background in competitive athletics or a history of serious personal training
  • Strong quantitative ability: comfort working with data, percentages, and numerical analysis is essential and will be assessed as part of the hiring process
  • Demonstrated ability to actively adopt and use technology tools, including AI, in both personal and professional contexts
  • Strong interest in data, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Comfort working directly with clients in a relationship-driven role
  • Alignment with a high-expectation, results-oriented team culture

Additional Qualifications (preferred but not required)

  • Degree from a highly selective university, preferably in a quantitative or health-science field
  • Experience managing premium or high-touch client relationships
  • Interest in body recomposition, VO₂ max, glucose monitoring, or quantified self methodologies
