My wife and I met with Lexy for our initial visit. The Dexa was quick (6 minutes each) and stress free. Lexy gave us an excellent, detailed overview of the results including specific things to work on. We’re considering the coaching package and see how it fits into our time and overall training. Definitely would recommend Kalos and Lexy for anyone interested in long term health!
First visit to Kalos Dexa and I couldn’t be more impressed. This is not just a machine reading - it’s a highly qualified, thoughtful staff that actually takes the time to explain what the data means. Matteo was outstanding. He walked me through my results in a clear, detailed, and practical way that made everything easy to understand and genuinely useful. You leave with real insight, not just numbers on a page.
My husband and I worked with Josh and Travis at Kalos. We had a great experience both with the scan and the detailed breakdown of our results. This is a great approach to understanding your fitness, and how to protect your health moving forward. I highly recommend Kalos and Josh if you want to improve your health and fitness.
Had a fantastic experience with Lexy! She is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through results with detail. I would highly recommend doing a baseline scan and then returning in a couple months. Much appreciated!
Scan was quick! Full detailed results, and lots of recommendations for workouts and ways to improve our numbers. Will definitely be coming back for a checkup!
Always professional and incredibly knowledgeable staff. My results speak for themselves. I’ve never felt healthier in my life!
Not a PDF. Not generic advice. A 20-minute private session where a Kalos analyst walks through every metric in your report and tells you exactly what to do with it.
If you're actively working with a trainer, the Basic scan is the right choice for your first visit. Your trainer is already building your program — the scan gives them the data they need to sharpen it. You don't need Kalos to interpret your results when you have someone doing that work with you already.
What a lot of trainer-led clients do: get the Basic scan, share the PDF with their trainer, and come back every 1–2 months to track how their numbers are changing. It's a clean, low-friction way to add objective data to a program that's already running. The Premium interpretation is most valuable when you don't have expert guidance yet — it's essentially that first session with someone who can look at your body composition data and tell you exactly what to do with it.
Your full DEXA report: A detailed breakdown of body fat percentage, lean muscle mass by region (arms, legs, trunk, and left vs right side), visceral fat score, and bone density T-scores and Z-scores.
A live walkthrough: Your Kalos analyst explains every number in plain language during your 20-minute in-person session. No guessing what the data means.
A physical printout: Your report to keep, share with your friends and family, or hand directly to your doctor.
A prioritized action plan: Not a generic "eat less, move more." Your analyst tells you specifically what's most out of range and what changes will move the needle fastest for your body and your goals.
A baseline for future scans: Every scan after this one gets compared to today's numbers, so you can measure exactly what's working over time.
Most people leave feeling like they finally have a complete picture of their body composition for the first time.
Almost certainly yes. Many of our fittest members are the most surprised. The scan reveals things no amount of gym experience can surface on its own: visceral fat hiding behind strong abs, muscle mass asymmetries between your dominant and non-dominant sides, or bone density patterns that affect injury risk. Your analyst will flag what's actually out of range for your age and sex.
Your analyst will print your full DEXA report for you and walk through every section in detail: your total body fat percentage compared to the healthy range for your age and sex, your visceral fat level, your lean tissue and muscle mass by region, your bone strength. They will interpret everything in the context of your specific goals and training experience, so you clearly understand what matters most and what to focus on next. Together, you will build a prioritized action plan. You can ask questions at any point. Nothing is off limits. This is a conversation and a learning experience, not a lecture.
